Campus Clean-Up and Community Meeting/Orientation

Dear Village Parents,

Hope you are all enjoying your summer!  Only a few weeks left until your children will be returning to a new school-year filled with numerous experiences awaiting them. We are hoping you are all around on Friday, August 12th, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm, to clean up the campus, followed by a brief community meeting at 5:30.

  • Tasks needing attention are weeding, cleaning, and general tidying of the area/classrooms. Please bring tools; brooms, wheel barrows, garden tools, etc.,  and cleaning supplies; all purpose cleaners, wipes, sponges, vacuum, etc.

  • The Parent Association (PA) and Foundation will have sign ups available for volunteering throughout the year.

  • The new VCS t-shirts will available to purchase or order.

  • We will not be having a pot luck this year and childcare will not be provided so you will need to be responsible for the supervision of your child/children including snacks and drinks.

If you can't make it between 2:00 and 5:00 Rebecca will be here earlier in the day for anyone wanting to help out.

Don't forget to bring your child's registration packet!
