Schoolyard Habitat Work Party

Calling all families to come and work in our Schoolyard Habitat - Saturday, April 20 - 9:00 - 12:30. Our kids have been planting and weeding, building and putting up bird nesting boxes and much more. We need to come together so we can finish creating this wonderful wild world.

Like our last Fall Family workday, please bring your favorite digging/weeding tools, wheelbarrows, work clothes/shoes/gloves and all the hard-working hands in your family to join in the fun. Please look for the signup sheet so we can order the right amount of food to feed us (burritos again, yum!).

Note: this event is on the same day and is replacing our annual creek cleanup event which we will be back to hosting again next school year.!

Village Charter School Summer Camp

We are hoping to host our VCS summer Camp again this year. It is important that we know if there is interest and people willing to commit.

Please fill out the this form and let us know if you wanting your child(ren) to participate by April 15, 2019!

If there is not enough interest by this date, camp may have to cancel – let’s not let that happen!

Cart or Wagon Needed

Hello Village Community,

Do any of you happen to have a portable (small) cart with wheels that could carry light loads from the car to classroom? I would like to borrow one for Janet Greene to use for the next 6 weeks. Janet Greene is a teacher working with Creative Sonoma who is providing music and movement in our classroom.

If you have something like this you can loan us please just bring it on in or email me with any questions.

Thank you so much,

Miss Malika
