How to Enroll

We are currently accepting applications for the 2018/2019 school year.

If you are interested in the Village Charter School, we first encourage you to familiarize yourself with our school through our website.

To apply for enrollment, you will need to fill out an enrollment application available from our office or via download below. Once completed, you can submit it by email, fax, drop off, or mail to our office.

When we have more applicants than space for the coming year, a lottery is used for incoming students, and a waiting list is formed. Priority is given to siblings of current students.

Applications are also accepted throughout the year for possible openings during the current school year. These names will be placed on a waiting list by grade for possible openings, and you will be contacted if an opening occurs.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • "When will I find out if my child's application is accepted?"
You will be contacted when the teachers have completed their classroom configurations for the upcoming school year. There is no firm date in place.
  • "Will I be contacted if my child's application is not accepted?"
Yes, you will be contacted either way.
  • "Can I schedule a tour?"
We have concluded our touring period for prospective families for the 2018/2019 school year. If you submit an application and your child is accepted, you may then schedule a tour.
  • "I missed the open enrollment period. Can I still apply?"
Yes. You can apply any time for the current school year or the upcoming school year.
  • "What if my child's application is waitlisted?"
That means we received more applications than we have space for, and new students will be selected by lottery. If your child has a sibling who is already enrolled, their application will have priority.
